how to start !!!

hey guys i am a novice for Loadrunner. I really don't know anything about it, but i want to learn it. I have installed LR 9.10 on Windows XP at my home. I want it for website testing.
Now i want to know is it possible to learn LR for website testing from home and how to proceed, what to read? I have no idea how to start.
Can anyone help me !!!:)
